Other things to note There is another building/unit on the property below the main house. This unit is occupied. While the buildings are close in proximity, privacy is maintained. The entrance to the lower unit is facing away from the main house as are most windows. The only window facing the main house is curtained. The back yard is not fully fenced. It is open between the house and the lower unit.
