Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms. and 2 Bathrooms, a large kitchen, and living room, and 2 balconies, one of them with furniture to enjoy your meals with the best view. It has a very good WI-FI connection and a SMART TV with several channels! The property features an Underground parking space and a lift to better acess the apartment. Guest access The neighborhood is very secure, and calm, without the noise that the city center sometimes can provide. Super close to the Pingo Doce Vilamoura for your groceries. There is free parking outside, as well as a private garage. Other things to note All guest information must be provided according to the SEF document that will be sent 24 hours before your check-in by your Host - You will be required to send us a picture of the main guest. This is mandatory. If you don’t sent us the picture you won’t check in on the property. Please note that a Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per adult, per night applies for the first 5 nights of your stay. Guests under 16 years old are exempt. No tax is charged from the 6th night onwards. It's not allowed any extra guests as the ones provided in the booking. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. This will help to prepare the apartment for your arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.  Housekeeping and maintenance are available between 9 am to 5 pm. Any non-urgent problems must be reported during this period to the contacts provided. Check-in is possible between 15h00 and 20h00, after 20h00 will be charged €30. Check-out is from 8h00 to 11h00, after 11h00 will be charged €30. ( For special arrivals/ departures hours, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to help) . If any emergency happens please let us know in advance. If you lock yourself outside the apartment there is a cost €30 for us to come and open the door. If you lock yourself outside with the keys behind the door the locksmith cost will paid by the guests. Pets are not allowed. Parties/ events or extra guests are not allowed. No noise is allowed from 10 pm to 08 am as per the Portuguese policy for residential buildings/ areas. Non-refundable Bookings Please note, that if canceled, modified, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Please note that due to electrical limitations, we kindly ask you not to turn on all appliances simultaneously as it may cause an electricity shutdown.
