Kaz 4 Beaches is a lovely little renovated Creole villa with an organic and trendy style in a very typical local neighborhood. This is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy the authenticity of Guadeloupe. It was recently revisited with two spacious outdoor terraces, one of which is an extension of one of the bedrooms, a bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a TV, a second bedroom with a terrace and small sea views interspersed with wild coastline, and a renovated kitchen. You can have brunch, lunch or dinner on the large terrace at the entrance, but you can also have an aperitif in the pretty lounge of the small terrace with sea view. If you are looking for a location with the sea at your feet + view, access to 4 beaches on foot, the authenticity of the coastline and the neighborhood, you will have a great time: * Sea view and authentic coastline * A stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches of Deshaies (3 min walk to Gadet & Riflet, 10 min walk along the coastal path to the beaches of Grande Anse & La Perle) * Two private terraces, one of which is attached to one of the two bedrooms with garden furniture for sunset aperitifs, and the other large terrace for meals and relaxing in the hammock * A nice outdoor shower area * Air conditioning in both bedrooms (4 people max) * Internet connection via fiber optics * A spacious kitchen * A private parking space We also offer two other accommodations, one located by the sea, and the other located in the heights of Deshaies, 3 minutes from the beaches of La Perle and Grande Anse, with double sea and mountain views/pool & spa. Other things to note Smoking is allowed outdoors, always with full respect for the lush nature that surrounds us and the amenities provided for your stay. No smoking inside the accommodation. The most beautiful beaches within walking distance, nice seabed to explore, a great beach bar nearby (in Grande Anse), our favorite restaurant 2 min drive, 10 min walk on Riflet beach, the short hike from the coastal path and up to Gros Morne for the more adventurous, a surf spot depending on the swell also accessible on foot... a very privileged location! Bed linen and towels are the same as those offered in hotels. Beach towels are also available during your stay. We provide 1 mosquito net per room if needed. The bedding is of quality, the linens are of hotel quality.
