Clean air and total relaxation in the land of the WITCHES, on the Piedmont hills, surrounded by green landscapes, delicious food and excellent wines. The rural house is located in the town center, a few steps from the wood where you can come across roe deer and hares while walking. Humble but pretty, it has been adapted with love. You can enjoy the silence of the valley. It has free internal courtyard parking. Thanks to this strategically located space, you won't have to give up anything. The space The house is 200 years old. You can enter the apartment from two doors placed on the balcony that overlooks the internal courtyard: from the small entrance where there is a desk with armchair and internet access, or directly from the kitchen. The two rooms are divided by three steps which give it a perspective of houses from other times. Behind the desk, at the entrance, there is an old putage' stove, where it is possible to cook "like in the past" and the door to the bathroom (equipped with toilet, sink, bidet and tub/shower). To the right of the entrance is the large bedroom, with high ceilings and a comfortable and large double bed. Guest access From the external staircase that opens onto the balcony, guests can access and use all the spaces of the accommodation, i.e. the kitchen/living room, the entrance with small study, the bathroom and the double bedroom. In the cold months they can take advantage of the large traditional stove called putage' where you can also cook excellent hot dishes. Other things to note The house was built more than 200 years ago, it has quite thick stone walls. This means that the inside of the house stays cool in the summer and retains the warmth in the winter. The tub/shower is a model from the early 1950s and is equipped with an internal step. The bidet also dates back to the early 1950s. It should be considered that the kitchen sink is only supplied with cold water.
