We are a small sheep farm nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Your fully furnished barn loft overlooks the farm. You’ll have a cozy King bed, while your family stays in the game room with our farmhouse table, 80in smart TV w/Roku, pool table, and ping pong table. Stay on the farm or adventure out for outdoor activities in the area. The gorgeous Foothills Parkway located behind the farm will take you to Townsend, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Tellico Lake , or to drive the Dragon. You will drive right up to our big red barn. The kitchenette is right as you enter your space. The king size bed is located half way up the space next to the bathroom. Further up the stairs is an open area loft with dining, games, 80in smart TV w/Roku, and the other guest beds; 2 bunk beds, twin bed, and futon sofa. Guests will be able to view animals from the loft and surrounding fences. Employees and owners only permitted in gates and fenced in areas. We will continue to follow Airbnb social distancing guidelines with distance and masking. TN is no longer requiring masks in public, however some businesses will ask to continue social distancing and masking. Just be prepared as you adventure out. However, I look forward to welcoming you to our farm and will be just a text away if you need anything during your stay. We live in the best community of locals surrounded by luxurious rustic retreats. We live on the border of the Smoky Mountain National Park in the middle of lots of entertainment and activities. However, our little farm is peaceful and a retreat all on its own. We are .1 mile, a 2 minute walk to the Northeast entrance of the Foothills Parkway. You can enjoy a walk along the parkway or drive the length for spectacular mountain views. We are not far from the best of what our area offers.
