The Leonie! Luxury Home (Woodlands Country Club)

Stunning swimming pool and soaking tub that offers heating. (Heating is 250.00 for every 3 days) The Country Club is Temporarily Closed. The Leonie is better in person than the pictures. The "Hot Tub" is a Soaking Tub that heats with the pool. CAMERAS: There are two active video security cameras face the driveway. Camera 1 is located directly under the garage facing the left of the driveway. Camera 2 is directly under the main entry gate facing the right of the driveway. The space The Leonie is a beautiful home specifically designed for family gatherings. Located on a quite gulf course in beautiful Tamarac. Florida. Beautiful large pool to cool off on the very hot days in South Florida. The pool and soaking tub can be heated. Perfect place to bring family and friend for you vacation. Home away from home. Guest access Parties and Events are allowed under specific rules and guidelines. When a guest wants to have a party. The guest must verbally communicate with the host and be specific as to the size of the party and specific about the type of gathering. All gathering will require and additional non-refundable deposit and an additional 500.00 cleaning deposit. A check out walk threw will be conducted when parties are being conducted. If the guest host a party that is not approved, the guest can be charged additional fees for having an unauthorized event. All additional overnight stay will require a fee of 100.00 per person per night. Other things to note If a guest violates the specific rules and guidelines, that guest will be asked to leave the property and will not receive a refund.
