A professional open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all you need to cook. - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer and washbasin - separate WC - Iron and ironing board . BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are traveling with children, have a stroller or a car seat delivered directly to the apartment, the airport or the SNCF station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit . Please take out your trash before your final departure from the accommodation. . The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization. . One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you wish an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€ . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags).
