Cabin Bellevue (beautiful view)

Have a cozy time with the whole family at this nice cabin. Playground and football field not far away, many nice hiking opportunities, or just enjoy the view The space We rent out our cozy and charming cottage. We use this often and want it to be taken into account when using. It's a brand new cabin, so if there's anything special missing, we'd love to hear from you. There are many great hiking opportunities in the area. Otherwise, it is a 25-minute drive to the 18-hole golf course, Meland Golf, 20 minutes by car to Knarvik city center or the nearest grocery store, 40 minutes by car to Bergen city center. There is also a bus to the area. The cabin is in a quiet cabin area with little noise and little car traffic. There is only a short distance to the nearest playground and football field. The space The cabin is completed in 2023. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen, as well as a storage room that is reserved for private use. There are heating cables in all floors, as well as an easy-to-light fireplace. Remember to buy firewood! A little more detail about the cabin: Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a 160 cm double bed. There is space to put suitcases/bags on the floor. Bedroom 1 has 2 x 200 cm duvets. Regular cotton bed linen. Currently no clothes storage in the rooms. Bedroom 2 has a 120 cm bed with 2 regular duvets (200 cm) and regular cotton bed linen. Currently no clothes storage in the rooms. Bedroom 3 has a 120 cm bed with 2 regular duvets (200 cm) and regular cotton bed linen. Currently no wardrobe in the rooms. Living room The dining table has extra extension plates that can make the table larger. As the table is now there is room for 4 guests. When the extension is in there is room for a minimum of 6 guests. Sofa, armchair and table. Kitchen The kitchen is spacious and practical and has most of the equipment. New oven. Always use baking paper under what you are baking. (Induction hob as a hot plate, with extra space for the pots. If you are not used to using an induction hob, be aware that it heats up very quickly. If you are not careful, it is easy to burn the food. Integrated dishwasher and fridge with freezer. There will be some private items in the fridge, but there should be plenty of room for you. The top drawer in the freezer is for guests. Here there is often some ice you can use. All cutlery, glasses, plates and the like must be washed in the dishwasher. The only thing to be washed by hand is the wooden cutting board. No microwave. Bathrooms: In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and a sink. In the bathroom there is also laundry equipment if guests want to wash during their stay. (I do the laundry, of course, but from experience I think it's good to be able to wash if I'm in a place for several days). There is a water heater and good opportunity to shower, but it is a small cabin and the water heater is in that size. Washer and dryer in one machine: available in the bathroom. Can be used for an additional fee of NOK 50 per use. Do not use it at night. Outdoor area: There is a terrace that guests have at their disposal, in addition the back is fabulous for morning sun and a little warmer in case of wind. There we do not have a terrace or furniture today, but the furniture is easy to move around. On the terrace there is a comfortable sofa set with a lift-down table. This is also what we use as an outdoor dining area. Here the sun shines from about 9-10 am and until 10.30 pm (depending on the season). There is also a Weber grill that can be used if the weather permits! Remember to buy charcoal! The backyard: we are working on the place and more will be added over time. In the woods behind the cabin there is a small wooden hut under construction, this can be used at your own risk (for children). Parking: There are 2 parking spaces. There is also an electric car charger. If you need the electric car charger, let me know in advance so I can unlock it for use. Electricity is expensive in Norway, so the price is NOK 50 per charge. Guest access the whole cabin except for a storage room Other things to note House rules: - Please do not wear your shoes indoors. - No smoking allowed inside. Also not outside by doors, windows and vents. Stand a bit away from the cabin if you have to smoke and do not throw the cigarette butt on the ground. - Parties and events are not allowed. (If you want to invite a couple of people for dinner/coffee, of course, that's fine!) - Do not charge mobile phones or other equipment at night, due to fire safety. -If more than the number of guests it is booked for are to stay overnight, this must be clarified with me in advance. The sofa is not a sofa bed. - No pets allowed - Enjoy, relax and enjoy your stay :) Before departure: - Remember the garbage! The garbage must be taken with you when you leave. The garbage container for the cabin can be found at the first bus stop you come to when you leave the cabin. - Returnable bottles must be taken for recycling. Return them to the grocery store and get your money back! - All dishes must be washed. If the dishwasher is on when you leave, it's fine. Wipe surfaces in the kitchen. - Make sure the patio door is properly closed and locked. - Put other things in place as they were upon arrival. - All used towels can be placed in a pile in front of the shower.
