Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This apartment is a labor of love offering a fully equipped, comfortable beachfront stay. The building offers a large pool, children's play area and gardens. It is conveniently located: 20 minutes away from Santo Domingo (SDQ) airport, 40 minutes to Santo Domingo Distrito Nacional and 10 minutes to the center of San Pedro de Macoris. The space is ideal for a group of friends or family seeking a laid back vacation. The space The apartment sleeps up to six people. If all adults, four people fit most comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a full bathroom next to the bedroom. The space has a fully equipped kitchen- including a full sized oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Living room has ample space for lounging and watching TV. The large balcony offers a second seating area with a six person dinning table. The most beautiful part of all, is the lovely view of the ocean and palm tress from the kitchen, living room and balcony! A note for long term stays: Because we’re located on an island where energy costs are significantly higher than the mainland, it’s standard local practice for longer-term rentals to bill electricity separately. For stays over 28 days, we include a $150 monthly electricity allowance to help cover normal use. Any usage beyond that is charged at cost and requested through Airbnb’s Resolution Center, based on the utility bill. We want guests to feel comfortable and at home — this policy simply helps us keep long stays affordable while sharing energy costs fairly. Other things to note The building has 24 hour security and front desk. Additionally, guest will have access to one designated parking spot. Kindly note that only those in the reservations are allowed in the apartment and no additional visitors can be given access during the stay. Pets are not allowed. Please respect all building and apartment rules.
