This cozy duplex is located in the Vidán neighborhood, a quiet area with all amenities nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, parks, basketball court, church, and hiking trails. It is located 600 meters from the entrance to the Hospital Clínico (CHUS), 1 km from the entrance to the Campus Sur, 1.8 km from the city center (Plaza de Vigo), and 2.9 km from Plaza del Obradoiro. It has a bus stop next to it and the exit to all the highways of Galicia.
