This 3-bed, 2-bath has all the comforts of home. To the west of the property, you can ride your ATV's directly onto a trail through the national forest. The cabin is located less than a hour north of Hochatown and 8 minutes from Billy Creek Recreational Area. The space This cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled on 5-acres with the back porch overlooking the Kiamichi River and entrance to the Ouachita National Forest directly to the west. The cabin features huge front and back porches with seating to enjoy the forest on one side and the amazing view of the river on the other. The open concept home was designed with several windows to create an immersive experience of the beautiful nature the cabin is built on. Other amenities include a hot tub, outdoor propane grill, fire pit, washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and spacious bedrooms with closet space to keep your luggage stowed away. The cabin includes 3 spacious bedrooms and has a total of 4 beds that will comfortably sleep up to 8. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, walk-in closets and French doors providing direct access to the back porch. The front bedroom has two large windows with views into the forest, a walk-in closet and queen-sized bed. The couch in the living room easily folds out to a queen-sized bed. The walk-in closets have functional shelving for easy organization and include extra blankets and pillows. The two full bathrooms have their own towels and paper goods. The master bathroom has a dual sink vanity, a hairdryer, useful cabinet space, and a striking walk-in shower with a freestanding tub. The main bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, convenient two-tier shower shelf, and a vanity with a spacious cabinet for extra storage. Guest access You will have access codes that allow you to come and go as you like throughout your entire stay. Other things to note Our cabin is nestled on 5 acres at the end of the road that stops at the river. This secluded location has very little traffic giving you privacy and the peaceful sounds of nature. Features include large front and back porches with plenty of seating, a 5-person hot tub, two bedrooms with french doors allowing access to the back porch, fire pit on the back of property to enjoy both the forest and the Kiamichi River while sitting around a fire. Bordering the west side of the property, there is direct access to trails through the Ouachita National Forest that can be enjoyed on ATV’s or by horseback. The dining table seats 8 and is tucked between the coffee bar and the full kitchen. The open concept living room includes a gas fireplace with a couch and loveseat, free limited internet and wifi, and a gas fireplace. There are Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom that are able to stream shows. There is a huge driveway that circles the property for ease of access for large ATV trailers and horse trailers to pull all the way through and a large driveway to park trucks or trailers. There is space available on the acreage for horses stalls to be setup for those who are planning to ride horses on trails. The cabin is a smoke-free structure.
