With great sea views and sun-facing bedrooms, it is the perfect hideaway home. The space The 3 bedrooms are with toilet and bathroom and 1 additional individual toilet Other things to note QUIET HOURS . From 20h00 to 7h00 . No parties, disturbances, loud noises or events allowed in the villa and the residential neighborhood . No drugs of any kind permitted . No commercial photography . No smoking inside the villa . Non working fire place . Staircase, terraces and pool not adapted for young children. You will be entirely responsible of your security and your family or friends. . 6 guests maximin (only people mentioned on the booking allowed in the villa) . Pool maintenance: once per week (Thursdays early afternoon) - maid once per week on request at time of booking at additional cost.
