The cottage includes 3 bedrooms; 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 2 sets of single ADULT (350lb max) bunk beds, plus 1 pack n play crib and 1 air mattress, 2 full bathrooms (shower and tub), open concept living/dining/kitchen area with 2 electric fireplaces and 2 picture windows overlooking the backyard and Pine River, large yard with fire-pit and lots of parking (up to 6 vehicles). Extra space: the property has a finished basement with 2 extra single beds and a living space. Amenities include: Wi-Fi, smart TVs, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, charcoal BBQ, central air conditioning (Nest), ceiling fans, board games/cards. ***Laundry (washer and dryer) avialable upon request. Check-in time is anytime after 3pm. Check out time is before 11am. ***Check in and out times can be flexible upon request. ***Guests will be able to access all parts of the space except for the laundry room (in the basement) unless requested by the guest, and the closets in bedroom 1. What we provide: all bed linens, 8 shower/bath towels, extra blankets and sheets for air mattress, a couple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, dish clothes and dish towels and dishwasher pucks, garbage bags. What you will need to bring: kleenex, paper towels, personal toiletries, and extra towels if needed.
