You can sit and enjoy watching them from your front balcony or enjoy a walk along the beach just meters away from your door step. With two stories this large family home has the main living area upstairs so you can enjoy the amazing views of Moreton Bay from your main living area, 3 bedrooms on this level with the main bathroom. Downstairs also has 3 bedroom and another living area. The inground pool in the back yard has easy access from the back upstairs balcony as well as the downstairs living area. Another bathroom on the ground level to accommodate everyone's needs. Complete with a double lock up garage. Pet friendly upon approval with a fee (Please provide your pet type, breed and size) Fully furnished including linen. Port-a-cots, high chairs, are available for hire. Security bonds apply on collection of keys. All properties are strictly non-smoking. 5 night minimum 7 - 14 night minimum or more over school holidays Discounts apply for long term bookings exceeding one month or more Guest access Keys are to be collected from our office, details will be provided once a booking has been made. After hours key collection is also available. We do require a registration form to be completed and your photo ID provided once the booking has been confirmed. Other things to note Credit Card Security bond required on collection of keys of $150.00. Essential items (quantity) such as toilet paper soap etc. are supplied for entry day only. Beach towels are not supplied at this property.
