Only a few minutes away from Brighton town centre, and the Lanes. The beach and its famous pier are down the road. Shops and restaurants are around the corner. The space This flat is my home, therefore it comes with everything you need to feel at home, but also some personal items and decoration. My Kemptown pad accommodates up to 4 people. There is a bedroom with a queens size bed, and the living room features a cozy sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 guests. There is a dedicated workspace lodged in a dormer window to work or catch up on emails. The living-room TV has Chrome for casting, allowing you to stream content from your devices, however, please note that the TV does not have access to the main usual TV channels. Feel free to use the washing machine for your laundry needs. You can experience mesmerising sunsets from the living room, where the enchanting colours of the sun and sky paint the perfect backdrop for relaxation. You might catch some beautiful glimpses of the sunrise from the bedroom. Guest access There is a piano in the living room, which I care a lot about: if you play the piano, you may use it for your own delight. If not, it should only be for the pleasure of your eyes. While I'm happy to share my home with you and will make space for your belongings, I kindly ask that you treat mine with care and respect, just as you would with your own. Other things to note No parties are allowed in the flat as it is in a residential building. Noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 9 am. Only the number of guests booked may enter the flat. ***This property has a set of stairs inside the apartment that leads to the bathroom and flat entrance door which might be a concern if travelling with small children.***
