The holiday home has two bedrooms, sleeps 4 and has accessible features including wheelchair ramp access, wide doorways and adapted shower room. A small dog is welcome on request. There are two external doors to the side which are accessible from the decking, one leading in to the lounge which has moveable furniture, a dining area with seating for 4, electric fireplace and wall mounted TV. The wide galley kitchen has a long work surface, sink with space underneath, fridge freezer, microwave and washer /dryer. Sliding doors open on to the twin bedroom opposite the kitchen with two single beds. The master double has a wide sliding door, mirrored wardrobe and an en-suite with shower (the en-suite is not wheelchair accessible) The large accessible shower room has a wide sliding door with wall hung basin and very large shower with wall hung seat and handles on the shower walls and near the toilet. Outside, there is a wheelchair ramp access onto the decking, which wraps round to the front of the holiday home and has outdoor seating to the front and side, there is a private, enclosed garden with further seating, and a private parking space. Located at the 5* award winning Patrington Haven Leisure Park, in East Yorkshire. Facilities include restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa Fishing lake and children’s play park. Enjoy a drink at the nearby pub at the entrance to the park, or take a stroll in to the village and for lunch and a sweet treat at cakey bakey! The park sometimes hold events and activities, please contact them directly and follow social media pages. Any ticketed events are purchased from the park directly, Lets Host Holidays provide accommodation only. Guest access Guests can access the whole holiday home and garden for their own private use. Other things to note A code for the lockbox will be sent out the day before arrival, so guests can self check in at the caravan. Please note: The indoor facilities at the park are starting to reopen following an extensive refurbishment after a fire in spring 2024. The new facilities at the Country Club are now open with the exception of the pool which is currently looking to reopen in the coming months. For fun swimming there is a leisure centre with pool and flume a ten minute drive away in Withernsea.
