Modern home w/secure parking

Welcome to my spacious home. Bedroom has queen bed, small tv with Chromecast. Own bathroom and separate toilet. Laundry with free use of washer, dryer and powder. I supply breakfast items; cereal, toast, tea and coffee. Numerous kitchen appliances / spices / condiments to cook up a storm. Large fridge with own designated space. Ice machine. Large TV in loungeroom with Netflix and Stan. Please note, I pet sit and often have one or two dogs at the house. The space Own bedroom which includes wardrobe space, a small tallboy and tv with Chromecast. Opposite the bedroom is a bathroom with shower and bath, this is your own space. I do sometimes look after my nephew and may need the bath from time to time. There is your own separate toilet which is only used if guests are over. If you are wanting to book two separate rooms this is possible as the third bedroom has a fold out single couch and blow-up mattress. Guest access Access to whole house except master bedroom and ensuite During your stay I’m a fairly social person and available to help / interact as much of little as you like.
