You will have private parking for 2 cars in the garage plus plenty more off street. You can also freely use the Neighborhood pool, park, basketball and tennis court that are located a few minutes walking from the house. (Please ask for entry code upon arrival). Other things to note - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $60 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - Due to the fact that it is a Neighborhood's community pool, I cannot be responsible in case the pool is closed. (Always closed on Monday for cleaning). • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am.
