We just ask to be vigilant of the local laws regarding quiet hours - 7am to 10pm, so be sure to close garage door for those late night competitions & let our friendly local neighbours sleep. We live 5 minutes away in the community, as does our housekeeping team, so we are always available but only if you need us! We will only communicate with you through the Airbnb app & will always respond within a 24hr period! The private Bayside Gardens hamlet is filled with local working artists and families with children and dog walkers. It is highly desirable for families looking for a safe community where children can ride their bikes and not worry about a heavy flow of fast moving busy touristic traffic. Of course, always accompany your young children & fur babies on leash! We have 3 marked parking spots specifically for our guest use only directly in front of the cottage, so you will never have to hassle for a spot! It’s fun to ride bicycles around the Bayshore community and the beach is a short 5 minute car ride or take your bikes the ‘back’ way! Bayside Gardens is a private community of friendly locals & artists living and working. It is not jammed with loud vacation 'party' houses as you may find in the larger surrounding communities. Yet we are a pleasant 5 minute drive to our pristine 7 mile beach! So, enjoy a gentle walk to the bay, sit on a piece of driftwood, ponder life and watch the sunset as the surrounding Nehalem State Park wildlife settles down for the night......or awakens!
