Free street parking, a separate entry path, and smart locks make it easy to come and go. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. - Please be aware that we have routine lawn care, so you may see/hear our lawn service working in the yard during your stay. - This home is in the backyard of a main house; please park on the street, in front of the paver path.
