The space Just a stone's throw away from the sandy "Asimaki" beach, this cozy two-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal haven for your seaside getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a recently renovated minimal interior, as shown in the photos. The house is surrounded by a minimal Mediterranean garden full of fragrant Greek herbs such as oregano, rosemary, and basil - creating a serene and authentic atmosphere. Whether you're enjoying a romantic getaway or a work-from-home vacation with your family, our home offers all the essential amenities for your comfort. It's fully equipped with everything a family might need—from kitchenware and laundry facilities to children's essentials—so you can settle in and feel right at home. Note that upon request we can provide a baby crib for peaceful nights, a changing mat for convenience and a baby chair for mealtime. These thoughtful additions aim to make your stay hassle-free, allowing you to focus on creating unforgettable memories with your little one by the sea. The house comes with a valid pest control certificate and is equipped with window screens for your comfort. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house, which includes two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area and a bathroom. Additionally, guests have exclusive access to the outdoor space. The house is surrounded by a minimal Mediterranean garden and a front porch with a dining table for six. Upon arrival guests can park their vehicles inside the outdoor enclosure at no extra charge. Instructions for the house keys and exact location are shared the day of the arrival. Please note that check-in is available after 3:00 PM, with check-out at 12:00 PM (noon). During the summer season of 2025 (April 1st – September 30th), quiet hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM (midday quiet) and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (nighttime quiet) - Αccording to Greek law . To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and pets are not permitted.
