Perfect location, quiet, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, the home is even nicer in person. Comfortable beds, fresh fluffy towels and extra blankets, super hot water that doesn’t run out, plus all the convenient little amenities you could possibly need, you’ll feel right at home here. Jennifer is an extremely responsive and kind host (we even had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us). If in the area, we’d stay here again for sure. Tara- March 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cottonwood is a gem of a town, and if traveling to this area, choose both this location (instead of Sedona) and this house! You won't be disappointed. The home was so well-appointed. In fact, I wish the host would come and redecorate my own place as it was a warm, tasteful and welcoming space. The back deck with fire-table and gas grill and the kitchen/living room area are excellent spaces for entertaining and family-time. And to top it off, the owner/host is a fantastic communicator and responsive to the needs of the guests. Finally, why Cottonwood over Sedona? The traffic is minimal and the Old Town Downtown has historic charm. Plus you're only a short drive to hiking near the Red Rocks and can avoid the more commercialized/touristy area of Sedona. Also, Cottonwood's restaurants are second to none (we enjoyed the Tavern Grill, Crema Craft Kitchen and the Brewery) and Merkin Vineyards just opened up on the hill overlooking downtown; it's perfect setting to enjoy a food and drink. Dustin-October 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The aesthetic was gorgeous! The collective was chic and modern, but it still felt cozy and relaxed. The owner gives you a ton of options to explore the area. Moreover, they provide amazing amenities like access to Hulu, Netflix, etc, a very user friendly grill, and laundry with detergent! The little details of having a QR code for the internet or having a supply drawer with a first aid kit made this an incredible experience. My family and I were blown away by this Airbnb, and we wish were able to spend more than just one night! This would be the perfect place for a girls trip, BUT it is completely family friendly! The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy eating in, and patio space to soak in the many months of perfect Arizona weather! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, with many amenities nearby making it perfect for a variety of guests/groups. If you are looking for a girls weekend, family getaway, or just a quiet time with a loved one, this space will meet your needs! The oversized master bedroom, has an on-suite equipped with a desk, double makeup table, and lounging area, perfect for getting ready, having a cocktail or reading a book! The house has a fire pit and grill that runs off propane, which is always ready for your convince! Wether you are enjoying the weather on the front patio, warming up with the fire on the back patio or playing a game of darts in the garage, each space is thoughtful for your enjoyment.
