Other things to note Dunes Condominium Rules All owners, residents, guests, children, maids, renters and employees are required to observe and abide by the condominium rules and regulations. Each owner is responsible for all acts of his family. guests and employees. 1. No Spring Break Rentals to college students or people under 25 year of age at any time and rentals during the week before Texas Week and the week of Texas week will minimum rental period of 5 days. 2. The maximum occupancy of a 1 bedroom unit is 6 persons, a 2 bedroom unit is 8 persons, a 3 bedroom unit is 12 persons, and a 4 bedroom unit is 16 persons, including day visitors, Private parties in the common elements are prohibited. 3. Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for picking up alter their pets. No pets are allowed in the pool area and at no time are pets allowed in the pool. Renters are not allowed to have pets. 4. Park only in the space designated for cach unit. Parking in a space other than your own could result in towing. Parking permits are required. Any vehicle without a visible valid parking permit will be towed at vehicle owner's expense. 5. Parking of boat and water craft trailers is prohibited. 6. Place all your trash inside the appropriate trash containers. Do not leave trash or garbage outside your balcony, front door or anywhere in the walkways, stairs or other common areas. 7. Charcoal should be extinguished for 24 hours before being placed in garbage. No charcoal grilling allowed in or around the pocl and is only allowed in the designated grilling area. 8. Do not leave trash, aluminum cans, diapers and food containers in the pool area. Keep the pool area trash free. 9. Remove all personal items from pool area. 10. Glass containers of any sort are not allowed in pool area. 11. Wash off all sand at the shower before entering the pool. 12. Check your feet for tar after coming off the beach. Do not track tar on the walkways, pool area or the carpet in your condo. 13. The pool closes at 11:00 p.m. No running up or down stairs. Do not slam doors or gates. Please be considerate of those owners that adjoin the pool area. 14. Do not play loud music or loud television inside or outside of your condo. Loud parties, offensive language or other bchavior is not allowed. considerate of your neighbors. The quite hour begins al 11:00 p.m. Please be 15. Do not hang towels and or swimsuits on the exterior walkway handrails or other common areas. 16. Do not store any personal belongs in the walkways or stairwells. They need to be kept clear at all times. 17. No trees, shrubs or planting of any kind on common elements shall be allowed to overhang or encroach upon any sidewalk or other pedestrian way without prior approval of the Association Board. 18. No sign or poster of any kind shall be placod on any part of the common elements except as authorized by the Association Board. 19. Everyone must wear wristbands- "March through the end of August." Wristbands for owners and rental agents can be purchased from management. These rules are for the benefit of all owners. Please make sure your guests and rental management companies are aware of these rules. for infractions.
