You will have your separate parking and entrance. *The pool is closed for the season as of 10/1/24* Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. From many hospitals, Universities, the Big 3 automobile companies, Downtown Toledo, and shopping. Located close to the Michigan border also! The space Rooms are good size. **Please note, this is a NON smoking unit, however it was chain smoked in years before we purchased it and guests have mentioned smelling it slightly every once in awhile in the unit, even though we have done new paint and flooring. Please take this into consideration before booking. Enjoy the pool with outdoor seating. Please be aware the backyard is shared along with the pool and porch so you may hear others next door. Driveway parking and a garage and also your own washer and dryer. Guest access You will have the whole left side of the Twin Plex. There are locks so that it separates from the other side. Other things to note Please note, this is a Twin plex, NOT a whole house. The pool is shared and does not have a protective child fence around it The porch is shared with the other unit The back yard is shared with the other unit but is large enough for everyone The wood fireplace is not to be used.
