Strathmiglo is a busy rural village, and a great base for touring Fife and much of central Scotland. Little Isla’s is within view of the old Tolbooth, and AT Hoggs popular outdoor wear shop. The lovely Lomond Hills Regional park is easily accessible on foot or by bike and offers long vistas across the Firth of Forth and up towards the Perthshire mountains. Little Isla's is a 1 bedroom upstairs apartment with private entrance to the rear and shared garden. Parking is on street in a 100m range. The space This is a cosy first floor apartment. Perfect base for sightseeing in central Scotland or visiting relatives in Fife. Enter up 2 short flights of outside stairs into the utility/boot space. This leads into the well equipped kitchen which in turn leads into the living/dining room, bedroom, and bathroom. There is a clic clac futon in the living area which can accommodate a child or young teenager. The bathroom has an over bath shower. The living room has a smart TV and dining table with bench seats. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, and lovely views of sunrise and sunset over the Lomond Hills. Guest access Guests have access to the entire self contained apartment from the rear of the property. The garden is shared with downstairs guests. There is a key box for easy arrival and departure. Other things to note There is a combination washer/dryer in the apartment, as well as outside clothes lines for drying laundry. Hot water comes from a water tank in the attic and is available when the 'water' side of the heating control is switched to on There may be a little road noise during the day.
