The accommodation comprises of hallway, stairs to FF, Landing, Living kitchen with wood burning stove and sofa bed, luxury bathroom and a spacious double bedroom. It also benefits from GCH and Underfloor heating. Externally there is a balcony, garden and parking. Easy access to surrounding villages of Trawden, Hebden Bridge and Wycoller. The space The property is accessed via electric gates and comprises of entrance hall, stairs to first floor, spacious landing area, superb well fitted living room/ Kitchen with wood burning stove and sofa bed, spectacular views from which to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee from the balcony, Generous double bedroom and modern bathroom with w.c, hand basin and a bath with shower over. There is a lovely garden area and parking right outside the door. Please advise as soon as booked if bedding is required for the sofa bed. We accept 1 or 2 housetrained, well behaved dogs, sorry no puppies. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment. All guests staying MUST be on the booking, only guests on the actual booking will be permitted to stay. We do not allow puppies, visitors or gatherings including wedding parties. Other things to note If you are bringing your furry friend (max 2 house trained dogs, not puppies) they must be dog, cat and chicken friendly, there lots of walks right from the doorstep. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the property. Please advise if bedding is required for the sofa bed or if the travel cot is needed prior to arrival. All dogs must be kept on a lead whilst in our grounds and on surrounding fields due to lambing season, there is a private garden for guests to use.
