The two bedrooms are at the end of the hallway. The Master bedroom is on the left and the guest with trundle is on the right. The washer & dryer are located behind the double doors in the hallway. The thermostat is on the wall next to the owner's closet. Guest access The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles comfortably or 2 vehicles and a boat/jet ski. The beach, trails, and many parks are just a short drive down the road. Other things to note Rockport Beach is 1.6 miles from the home. Beach has sand, shells & small pebbles. Port Aransas has a sandier beach & it's only 18.9 miles from the home plus you get a free ferry ride!
