Casita Exuma - Beautiful, Centrally Located Casita Exuma is located on Great Exuma and in the Village at Hooper's Bay, about a 10-minute drive from both the Exuma International Airport and George Town. This 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 4 people. It has 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room and an open concept second floor with the kitchen/living/dining room. Screened porches on each floor to enjoy the beautiful garden. It is only a short drive to beautiful beaches and grocery stores. The space Casita Exuma (Villa #3) is located in The Village at Hooper's Bay which is a secure and private complex with 6-villas, on-site management and staff that can assist you during your stay. Wi-Fi and parking are included. First floor: The 2 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathrooms, are on the ground floor along with a walk-in closet and a laundry room (which is available for your use). The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have access to a screened porch. The first floor also has a deck . Second floor: The open concept kitchen, living and dining room is on the second floor along with a powder room. The kitchen is well-equipped with all basic appliances, cookware, glassware, utensils, etc. A second screened porch is located on the second floor where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the natural vegetation.
