Shared laundry facilities are located on-site. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest access You'll enter using a keypad lock on the door. Enter your access code - a green light will confirm it's correct. Then rotate the deadbolt away from the door opening to unlock. If you see a red flashing light, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. To lock up when you leave, press the Schlage button and rotate the deadbolt toward the door opening. The door doesn't lock automatically, so please engage it before you go. Standard check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If an early check-in or late check-out becomes available, you'll receive an email or text message with the offer. Other things to note You'll have access to a shared community pool, open from Memorial Day through September 15 (weather permitting). There are also two common area gas grills available - please clean the grill after each use and turn off the propane tank when you're done. A shared electric gas solo stove firepit is available for the community to enjoy. The main office can provide information about local pet sitting services if you need support during your stay. Bring bug spray for outdoor activities. Maine's natural environment includes seasonal insects like mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, and sand fleas - the property has monthly pest control to help minimize them, though some presence is inevitable depending on the time of year.
