Your portion of the home is completely private and separate from the lower unit. You will not be disturbed in any way during your stay and the tenant also expects to not be disturbed. Please do uphold the house rules. You will not have to interact with the tenant at any time during your stay, nor will the tenant interact with you. This home is NOT a venue. No parties whatsoever. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. The neighbors are always looking out for disturbances or troubling guests.
