The condo has 1 standard bedroom with a private full bathroom, and a laundry room in the upper level. A full size kitchen, living room, 1 half bathroom, and balcony downstairs. You will have access to the entire place and a small gym across the street. Please note, the unit is pet friendly. Previously, we had cats living here so just be aware if you have allergies. The space Fallsgrove Community is considered an upscale neighborhood, it is a safe, quiet and it has a 3 mile nature/walk/bike trail unique to this community. There is a large park with tennis courts, and a Community center with basketball courts within a 10 min walk. Condo Description: This condo has a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Hardwood floors in the living room/dining room. All walls have a light grey color, recently painted. The front door has a keyless entry code device. The home is fully furnished as seen on pictures. NOTE: 1 additional room in the house is for private use only and will remain locked throughout your stay.
