The old farm have been transformed to a modern beautiful home. A amazing 3000m2 garden with a old renovated brick stable. In the Village you find restaurants & a grocery shop. 3 km from the house is Emporia and with a large amount off restaurants, shops and services and Malmö Arena. The bus stops just outside our house. The space The house is modern with everything you wish from a home. The family living there is Jenny, working as an architect, Bevan in construction and there 3 year old daugher. The passion is the garden, interior design and renovation. In the main house you find 4 big bedrooms, open livingroom with diningroom, open fire and a kitchen. Office with 2 big desk, laundry and a second living room up-stairs. There is possibilities to also rent a new renovated guest house with avalibility for 3 persons and the renovated barn where you can arrange dinners, events etc. Other things to note The house is close to beautiful white sand beached in Höllviken/Falsterbo (10-20min) and biking distance to Malmö arena, Emporia and Malmö City center.
