The space Located just 1 mile from WVU downtown campus, this cozy downstairs apartment has a great view, a sizeable yard for dogs and kids and convenient, free parking off of the street. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to a spacious, downstairs studio with a queen size bed, kitchenette/bar and bathroom. The laundry facility is also downstairs and is shared, as are the patio/yard and off street parking. Please leave room for others when parking. Thank you!! Other things to note The gas heater downstairs does make a squeeling noise when it is first warming up (Have you ever seen the movie "Elf"?) but it quiets down in about 5 minutes.
