It has been completely refurbished and consists of a nice living room and a new and fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, etc.), and two beautiful bright bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that will allow you to relax after a busy day. You can also enjoy the foosball table for moments of entertainment with friends and family. ！ Self check-in ！ We provide you with towels and bed linen. щ The beds are prepared before your arrival. ！Cleaning of the accommodation is rigorous and provided by a professional company. The listing is located in a historic building on a very quiet residential street in the heart of Poitiers. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access (great view of the city skyline). Great for all guests, whether for work or tourism. Guest access Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous thanks to a relay point system, in a tobacco bar opposite Poitiers train station. Relay point opening hours are from 7am to 11pm - 7 days a week For late check-in after 11 p.m., you won't be able to pick up the keys at the relay point. In this case, an agent may come to greet you on site, however an extra fee will be charged, to be given in cash to the person who will greet you. For hourly rates, please contact us.
