The space This cozy little nest in a quiet location gives you access to Wifi, Netflix and reversible air conditioning. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob and everything you need for cooking, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave grill and washer-dryer. The sleeping area features a king-size double bed with latex mattress and wardrobe with storage space. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, WC and vanity unit with hairdryer. The lounge area awaits you with its lovely sofa and Smart TV with Netflix, adjustable to be watched from the bed. This "Alma 3" studio is located on the 2nd floor without elevator, in a small 3-story building. Right on your doorstep: restaurants, mini-markets, shopping, theater, underground pay parking and all the local shops you need. Guest access The studio can be accessed autonomously via the key box at the entrance to the building. Other things to note - Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. - Parties are not permitted. - Quiet hours: between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. - Pets are not allowed. - Persons not included in the reservation are not authorized to stay. Good to know: a meticulous inventory of fixtures will be made before and after your stay. Any deterioration of the accommodation / incivility / damage (example: accommodation left very dirty, broken equipment, smell of cigarettes, ashes or cigarette butts, complaint from the neighborhood, etc.) will be the subject of a dispute and a request to Airbnb to withhold your deposit.
