Relax with family in this calm, stylish space. A one-level ranch in a quiet neighborhood is minutes to the park, shopping and downtown Greenville. We are originally from the area and recently renovated this home for our our own family to use when we visit from out of state a few times a year. We hope others needing a spacious home while in the area for events and family visits can enjoy it too. The space Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and share a meal or play games around the expandable dining table that extends to seat up to 12. Work in the private office space that closes off from the living area or enjoy coffee and the peaceful back yard in the sunny enclosed patio. Sleep comfortably in 2 king beds (with TVs in each room) and 1 queen bed. An extra single folding bed is available for an additional person. Full size washer and dryer is included. Garage is equipped with a ping-pong table, cornhole boards and other yard games Guest access Guests are able to use the entire space.
