The Depot -Luxury Rental

Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is ideal for traveling medical/business professionals, or families visiting the area. It is not suitable for ATV trail riders because we have no parking space available for trailers/ UTV’s, or SxS’s. We are 0.6 miles from Mingo County Courthouse and Williamson Health and Wellness Center, 1.3 miles to Tug Valley ARH Medical Center, 30 minutes drive to Pikeville Medical Center. The space “The Depot” is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath ranch style home on one level. We have a large open kitchen/family room with a pub table, full size couch and lift chair. Large separate living room/dining room. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an office/bedroom space with a queen size Murphy bed. There are 2 full size baths, one with a shower, and the other with a tub/shower combo. We have a patio with outdoor dining/umbrella table. Also, a covered side porch with cafe table and chairs provides an area for smokers, as we do not allow smoking inside the house. There is also a covered front porch with chairs. Guest access We have 2 off-street parking spaces for small to mid-size cars along with free street parking. Keyless entry door lock. Please note-We do NOT ALLOW: Disruptive gatherings, open-invite gatherings or events, disturbances to the surrounding community such as: Excessive noise, Excessive visitors, Excessive trash/littering, vandalism. We do not allow family members who live locally to stay overnight. However, family is always welcome to visit. We suggest dining at some of our local restaurants. The restaurants are Starter's Sports Bar, 3 Guys Pizza, 34 Ate, Tudors Biscuit World, The Steakhouse and Giovanni's at Southside Mall.
