The villa is only 1 km from the amazing Baladrar cove and 2.5 km from the other beautiful Advocat cove on the Benissa coast. In addition, just 3 km away there is a golf course and tennis courts. The villa's elevated position rewards us with lovely views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach de Calpe. Villa Anfora has parking for 3 cars, from there, we access a spacious covered terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, a garden with palm trees, lawn and a barbecue area, perfect for a holiday experience, thanks in part to the high degree of privacy offered by this villa. The villa is built on 2 levels, only connected by exterior stairs. The lower part of the house, which we can access directly from the charming terrace, we find a comfortable living room with dining room, fully equipped with Sat+DVD+TV. Followed by a beautiful fully-equipped kitchenette, and two double bedrooms and a full bathroom, where the washing machine is located. At the top, we enter through a covered terrace where we can enjoy our breakfast with panoramic views of the sea and the famous Peñón de Ifach. Inside we find a cozy living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. It has central heating to make you feel at home in winter. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!!
