The Waterfront Retreat at Snow Creek is a newly custom built spacious cabin situated on 55 beautiful acres of rolling hills in middle Tennessee. *What you'll love: ~Privacy ~Peace and quiet ~Lovely Mountain & countryside view ~Forest ~Snow Creek runs through the property, with lots of entrances & knee high wading areas. ~Hiking trails run all along the hilltops, through the forest, up & down the hills. ~One acre all natural spring fed pond. ~Swimming -kayaking ~Fire pit ~Fishing ~Float The space The Waterfront Retreat at Snow Creek is spacious, peaceful, quiet and cozy! The cabin features all hardwoods, 15 ft ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a chef's kitchen, high speed internet, free WiFi, a washer & dryer. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences like dishwasher & ice maker. It sleeps 10. Very spacious bedroom 1 has one king size bed & 2 queen size beds, and an attached bathroom that has a large step in open shower & clawfoot tub. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and attached bathroom with tiled shower/tub combo. The living room has a trundle bed that is 2 twin size mattresses. Step out the back door to the fire pit/grilling area with charcoal & lighter fluid. We also provide the fire pit firewood. The long front porch has rockers and overlooks roses and bird feeders, as well as the one acre all-natural spring water pond/lake. There are several seating areas by the water, and creek. Bring your fishing gear for catch & release fishing. There are a couple of poles & gear on the porch. Bring crickets, night crawlers, worms for some big catches, or bait sold 2 miles down the road. The lake/pond is 12 feet deep in the middle. You are responsible for your own life jackets. Swim/water sports at your own risk. Adult supervision required. Floats & kayak available for your use. The cabin has 2 Roku smart tvs with streaming, and several games. There is volleyball & badminton, corn hole, and frisbee. Enjoy the great outdoors at this peaceful retreat! Only 13 miles from Ridley Sports Complex! Available some select dates in July for one night bookings, so you can enjoy summer swimming, fishing & kayaking, and more outdoor adventures! Limited one nights available. Guest access Enjoy exploring the whole farm, the creek, the mountain trails, pond, volleyball court, and more! We live on the property, 1,000 feet up the hill, up the driveway, and cannot be seen from the cabin or pond. The cabin is completely private. The garage is used for storage and cannot be accessed. Other things to note The natural spring water feeds the house and pond, so, in the second bedroom, you can hear the pump (while running water), so, there is a spa sound machine with several sound settings, for a perfect night’s sleep. Events are allowed, but must be approved by me before booking. Event fees may apply.
