Architecture meets lake proximity Baierbach am Simssee - a beautiful patch of land in the Alpine foothills. On the edge of this small Bavarian village is our simsseeLOFT. On the terrace, you can let your gaze wander over the meadows & fields and the Wendelstein mountain and enjoy the sun's rays until sunset. The beautiful Simssee is only a short km away from us and can also be reached on foot via a very nice hiking trail. Lake Chiemsee is not far away. The space At simsseeLOFT we combine architecture, design and tradition - a place to feel good and relax! Architecturally beautiful, but not sufficiently child-safe. Therefore, we only welcome children from the age of 4! Please message us with your child's age. We look forward to it! LAYOUT: Next to the front door is the cozy sleeping area with a double bed and morning sun. Next door is the bathroom. The living room with panoramic views, sofa (sofa bed), kitchen and dining table promises relaxing moments. SIGHTSEEING: The ideal base to explore the mountains, our numerous lakes, the Bavarian landscape, but also the nearby cities, Salzburg, Munich, Kufstein and Wasserburg!
