The unit also includes a full bathroom, as well as toilet and sink in queen bedroom, full kitchen and new appliances, dining table and chairs, three smart TVs, and wifi, complete with luxury bedding and bath towels. The bedrooms and sink/toilet are located on the second floor. Full bath located on first floor with living/dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors on the unit’s private covered porch, or on the property’s shared bluestone patio. On the patio you will find a firepit with 6 rocking chairs, two individual tables, as well as an outdoor couch and loveseat. Ample free parking is available, located right outside your front door. Our property can accommodate several cars and trucks/trailers. During the months of November & December we have a Christmas store where we sell trees, handmade wreaths, and holiday decor, located on the same property as this house. The store is located in a barn about 250 yards from the house & adds to the spirit of the season. The house is always decorated to the 9’s during this time of year especially.
