A fee will be charged for a replacement key in case of loss. Cleanliness: All garbage must be disposed of in the yellow trash bags. Recycling of glassware and cans is appreciated. Additional cleaning costs may be incurred for excessively dirty apartments. No Parties or Events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Furniture: Please do not move furniture or large items within the apartment. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. Compliance with Local Laws: Please adhere to all applicable local laws and regulations.
