A modern, spacious, bright and very well equipped stunning 2 bed apartment with amazing direct countryside/pool views from the balcony. Set in a pretty traditional Cypriot village with bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, coffee shops. Many stunning beaches a few minutes drive away. Vibrant Ayia Napa is just 15 mins drive away. A very relaxing holiday but plenty of exciting things to explore on your doorstop. The local Cypriots are friendly and very welcoming and this is a place of memories! The space Very spacious with direct panoramic countryside and pool views from the 1st floor balcony. There is a lift and newly installed fly screens throughout. Outside there is a large seating area around the pool and we provide private full length sunbeds and pool towels. Toilets and showers are available by the pool as well as a covered gazebo for shade and socialising. Guest access Use of the whole apartment, communal pool area, gazebo, garden, play area, disabled pool toilets and shower. Other things to note The apartment complex is very friendly with a mixture of nationalities who use their properties as either holiday homes or as permanent residences. There is always someone around for a friendly chat or to offer any help or advice needed 🤗. The local Cypriots are very welcoming and helpful. When you make friends in Liopetri you make friends for life!!
