Our contemporary loft is a beautiful, recently built property nestled in the Umbrian countryside, located on a hillside with a splendid view of Assisi. From here, Assisi and Perugia are just a few minutes away. Spacious interiors, large windows, wooden ceilings, resin floors give our loft its unique character. Guests can relax in our panoramic pool and 6-person Jacuzzi and enjoy the large garden. The space This two-building retreat is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The main building features a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, and a gas cooktop with five burners. The main building hosts a large mezzanine suite (double bed on the ground floor and 3 single beds on the upper floor connected by a staircase and communicating with each other) and 2 bathrooms. The second building comprises two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both featuring ensuite bathrooms. The double bedroom has a bathtub and a shower in the room. Ideal for families, these bedrooms can be connected internally. Enjoy the comforts of air conditioning and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. A swimming pool and a jacuzzi set in the garden are reserved exclusively for the use of our guests. Guests are also invited to unwind in our private spa, featuring a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, and a relaxation area. Access to the spa is available by reservation and subject to an additional fee.
