Cottage on Lake Lanier | Fire Pit + Jacuzzi!

Wake up from the comfort of the master loft with direct views of Lake Lanier during sunrise or wind down in the Hotspring Jacuzzi to the sunset. This cottage is the cozy retreat you’ve been looking for with rustic design of a cabin but modern finishes for your convenience and comfort! The space The entire cottage is yours and features a top-level loft bedroom with direct lake views, a small seating area, a queen bed, walk in closet and full ensuite bathroom. Our lower level bedroom features a vaulted ceiling loft with a seating area, queen bed, 2 full-size beds and full ensuite bathroom. Our living + kitchen space features an open concept and back patio is perfect for lounging while grilling dinner. Our patio features outdoor bluetooth speakers for music and a fire pit perfect for late night S’mores. You will find a sufficient selection of cookware, plates, cups and eating utensils in the kitchen. There is not cable but TV is connected to the internet and you can log into all popular apps Netflix, Hulu , Prime , Etc. There is a bluetooth device to allow you to play music from your Mobile device. There is also bluetooth speakers set up for outside. The cabin does have a fireplace but we have removed that feature from the listing. It was built to heat the dwelling and has a ventilator system built in. It is very difficult to light and guest in the past have smoked the cabin badly. A wood burning fire pit was added to the back deck which guest are more than happy to enjoy! Guest access The whole cabin, all the property outside and access to the lake shore just 200 ft away from the cabin. Canoes available for a short ride to Margaritaville! Other things to note We are dog friendly! Please make sure to register your dog as we do have a $50 pet fee associated with bringing furry friends! If we find dogs are in the cabin unauthorized and not registered on Airbnb. We reserve the right to charge your security deposit for the $50 pet fee. Please note our property is NOT fenced fully for the dog. Therefore by booking this property you agree to watch and assume all liability for your dog while staying at our property. Please note we do not have a CHARGER available on premises only the OUTLET for the EV. We only have the Nema 14 - 50 Outlet. You must bring your own charger for use! Notice: Due to the problems with the previous guests smoking up the cabin trying to use the fireplace we have prohibited its use. We have added a burn pit on the Back Deck as a substitute. Unfortunately we do not have an ice maker. Please bring a bag of ice if possible. We try to ensure ice at the property but guest may use before we have a chance to restock. Although we encourage all guest to use our kitchen in the cabin, we please ask that you refrain from cooking any type of fish indoors. Unfortunately, in the past we’ve had occasions where this was done and it turned out to be extremely difficult to mitigate the smell for the next guest even after cleaning the property. If this occurs beyond our warning to be respectful of our property rules, we will deduct an additional $150 from the property deposit for a cleaning fee. We do have a grille outside that you are more than welcome to use to cook fish.
