Private Apt in Charming 123 year old Home

This charming home was built in 1900 historic Wheeling, WV. 3 stories, tastefully split into 3 private units with a lot of shared common space as well. Whether in town for business or pleasure, come enjoy some peace & quiet. The neighborhood has seen better days, a drive around the island would show many big old mansions in serious need of TLC. But this is turning around as a new generation is moving in, restoring these majestic homes back to their former glory. And yes, its a very safe area. The space The pictures shown are Unit #3, as well as some of the common areas of the house. It is the entire 3rd floor of the house, with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room space. There is a small refrigerator. There is a bathtub, but no shower. And it is a bit cozy in the bathtub! (no headspace, you actually have to sit/lay in the tub. See the pictures) It really is cute and charming, but if you prefer a shower, the shared bathroom on the 2nd floor is available as well for shower/baths. Guest access There is plenty of on street parking no matter what vehicle/vehicles you are driving. Plenty of room for Uhauls, trailers, RV's, etc. Other things to note Look in the guidebook for the best restaurants in the area! There are some other good places nearby, but these are our favorites: - Generations (lunch/dinner. live music on weekends) - Sonny Boy (greasy spoon breakfasts) - Golden Chopsticks (Chinese)
