The Alsatian barn "Grandfather the Cherry Tree"

Lovers of Northern Alsace, you will be seduced by this unique and romantic getaway. Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden. The space Hello and welcome to our home. You access the barn via the common courtyard with the old Alsatian house. This part is private, so you don't have access to it during your stay but don't worry, you can park your vehicles there and you have full access to the back of the house and its shaded garden thanks to our magnificent cherry trees and to the “grandfather cherry tree” who watches over the house from the bottom of the garden. To enter the house you go through the garage and go up to access your accommodation of more than 150m2 with its large air-conditioned cathedral living room and its large warm sofa to accommodate all your family or friends. You can take the opportunity to take a look at the garden below. You continue to the fully equipped kitchen and its central kitchen island where you will have plenty of time to cook good meals that you will enjoy on your large table with a view of the garden. You can also take your breakfast on the small kitchen terrace in the shade of the walnut tree to enjoy the first morning light to the east. The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, one on the mezzanine above the dining area with its double bed and 2 small sofas, a dressing room, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a second bedroom with two twin beds then the third bedroom in a row with its queen-size bed and air conditioning. You benefit from a heated indoor swimming pool which is located under the living room, 4x8m and 1.45m deep. You access it from the ground floor. A shower is located opposite in the sauna. Concerning long stays Sandrine, your correspondent, will intervene for the maintenance of the swimming pool. The sauna can be used at any time for long moments of relaxation. Remember to add a few drops of essential oils available in the water of the steam basin for a pure moment of relaxation. The house being very large, it is possible that you do not have access to WIFI in all the rooms of the house, take the opportunity to disconnect under the song of the birds or by playing a little piano tune in the living room. If you arrive with your electric vehicle, no worries. A charging station with type 2 11kw connection is available just in front of the entrance to the house in the courtyard. We provide a guide which will contain a presentation of the accommodation, the internal regulations, the important numbers, the free Wi-Fi access code as well as the various activities or restaurants in the surrounding area. Northern Alsace awaits you to discover its still preserved wonders so don't wait any longer to book. We will make every effort to make your stay unforgettable. Other things to note A few rules to keep in mind: Smoking inside is strictly forbiden. Nevertheless, you can smoke outside but the cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash and not in the garden or the terrace. The accommodation being in a quiet and preserved place, we do not accept parties or evenings for the respect of the neighborhood. After each departure, the accommodation is disinfected, taking into account people with allergies.
