The villa is spread over two floors and, tastefully furnished, can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Both floors consist of a living room with TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms, and two bathrooms complete with all amenities, one of which is private to one of the bedrooms. Outside, guests can relax and enjoy the sun by the sea-view swimming pool in total tranquility. Other things to note SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: * Bed linen and towels The first supply is optional and available at an additional cost of €15 per person (one-time fee). If needed, please inform the property before arrival. * Linen change Available upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person. * Tourist tax To be paid at check-in: €1.00 per person per night only for the month of June 2026. €1.50 per person per night for months other than June 2026. Children under 14 years old are exempt from the tax. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. * Pets Pets are welcome in our villa and require an additional fee. It is mandatory to notify the property of their presence at the time of booking. Pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or may result in an additional payment request on site. * Electric vehicle charging It is strictly forbidden to charge electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the sockets of the house or common areas, as they are not designed for this purpose. Included utilities refer exclusively to the normal use of the accommodation.
