The space This Tiny cottage has a huge heart as we know big things can come in small packages. This is one of two side by side special properties built in 1903. We carefully designed them to include fully functional appliances and HVAC. Modern yet elegant subway tiles showers. Our beds are Nectar memory foam and meant to cuddle you. Guest access The property is open to you as our special guest. Only the bedrooms have locks on what appears to be a closet which actually is our HVAC unit. The original design had everything in the kitchen area including the water heater. With Tiny homes we need to be creative. As you’ll notice we’ve provided a nice rack that you can fold clothes on and hang clothing as well.
