The space The apartment is set on the first floor on a complex with 3 other apartments with large shared garden and less than 100mts from the local beach. The guests have access to the Garden, BBQ, outdoor Kiosk/Dining area and be amazed by the spectacular sea views, & sunset ! At the private entrance of the apartment there is a large terrace for outdoor dining, and to enjoy the amazing views of the sea ! The apartment inside is tastefully decorated and has two levels, on the ground floor an open living space with comfortable sofa (sofa bed for the 5&6th guest), Smart TV, has direct access to the terrace. With fully equipped stylish kitchen, dining area, bathroom with WC, and an internal staircase leading to the airy bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom with double bed, has double doors leading to the balcony with stunning sea views and forest beyond ! The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, with fully flatable doors leading to the balcony to bring the panoroma to the bedroom ! Be greeted by the panaromic 180 degrees sea views with the surrounding greenery from the balcony. Watch the sun go down and sip your cocktail ! There is also a WC in the upper floor. A/C in all internal areas to keep you cool in the summer. The Kitchen is well equipped with: Nescafe machine with Pod, full sized fridge, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, pots, pans and all cutleries. WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix, Hair dryer, Iron Box, Washing Machine are some of the amenities. Guest access Guests have access to all areas inside the apartment as well as the shared outdoor areas. Other things to note The apartment is set on a secluded unique spot away from the hussle and buzzle. Hence, we recommend you have your own vechile to move around and to get to the property.
